Burcu is a registered psychologist currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology (post-registration) at Australian Catholic University. She brings a decade of experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
She is committed to supporting individuals navigate complex challenges and work towards meaningful personal goals. She is particularly passionate about fostering resilience and supporting clients through difficult periods in their lives. Her approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration, and she strives to create a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic environment.
Her therapeutic approach is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with the integration of other evidence-based modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches.
Burcu also welcomes clients who prefer to communicate in Turkish and values the opportunity to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive psychological support.
