This 4-day workshop will focus on advanced CBT skills. Theoretical aspects will include differences between the various approaches to CBT and their implications, integration of other techniques with CBT and advanced disputation. The program will address issues related to CBT with a range of challenging clients.

Course will be run online, live, and interactive via zoom
There is no set date when this course will be offered face to face.
The days will involve morning lecture/discussion sessions with a strong emphasis on skills application and demonstration. Participants will be required to practice therapy skills between the sessions.
In the afternoon, small group workshops with a maximum of six participants, will focus on skills development involving modelling, role-play, discussion and reviewing the recordings made between sessions, made with either an assigned buddy or a client who has given consent.
